Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was not infringing, or if you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to use the content in question, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers
